After my 2nd child, I used weight-watchers online program to lose those baby pounds (30 pounds in 3 months!  I was so motivated then..).  I'm now using the same program to lose weight after my 3rd child.  I've lost about 22 pounds over 3.5 months with 5 or 10 to go.  I haven't been exercising quite as much as I should (not at all yet...!), and I haven't been as strict with not using the optional points, but the weight has been coming off little by little.  Slow and steady wins the race, right?   I'm also eating gluten-free, because I *probably* have a sensitivity to gluten.

I LOVE coffee, but I also drink a lot of tea, especially when I'm on Weight-watchers.  I LOVE Numi teas.  They're organic and wonderful.  I mostly drink the caffeine-free versions at night or late afternoon.  You can order three packs from Amazon, and then save even more by using "subscribe and save."  I like them all with a little milk and a little sugar; These are my favorite three:

1.  Numi Decaf Black Vanilla is wonderful.  You can buy them in three packs and save over the individual prices.

2.  Numi Honeybush is really good too.  I've seen that one at Giant grocery store, in additon to Amazon.

3.  Numi Rooibos Chai is definitely top 3.  I only had one bag, as part of a sampler set, but will DEFINITELY order this one when I get more tea.  So good!

Here are some other weight-watchers "go-to" snacks that I LOVE:

- skinny cow fudge pops (only 3 points)
- Popchips - all flavors;  I like them with fresh salsa, but beware - fresh salsa comes in HOT.  Really hot.  I learned the hard way.
- chocolate pudding (only 3 points)  I have a chocolate addiction problem  :)  Thank goodness these things are low in points!

Eventually, I'll try to post some of my favorite recipes here and maybe some of the gluten-free foods that I eat, but for now, I'll have a cup of tea and some yogurt with chocolate chips (only 2 points a tablespoon :)
