This is just a cute little video. Sylvia has an Elmo book that indicates when you are supposed to press a certain button to make a sound effect. She likes to press each button and then do a little dance to the sound effect. Each noise only lasts a few seconds, so she has to pause her dancing frequently to press the button again - so sweet!!
